The First Confessor (The Legend of Magda Searus, #1)

Terry Goodkind self-published a novel! I’ve never read the Sword of Truth series, but I absolutely adored the TV show (and I hear they are quite different) and I have an obsession with the women in these books because HELLO! Confessors and Mord Sith? They are like the ULTIMATE in girl power. And written by a dude! (Although it is rare for a male fantasy writer to write a female I like, I have found in my own experience that the best ones were written by men). I am pretty excited to read this.

Cinderella and Zombies

Um… not sure why I bought this. Maybe it’s the pretty shoe on the cover. I do like Cinderella retellings, though I’m not really into zombies. Um… we’ll see.
