Top Ten Sequels I Can’t Wait To Get My Hands On

1. Untitled (Sky Jumpers #2) by Peggy Eddleman

I really enjoyed Sky Jumpers even though it was a bit young for my personal taste (Middle Grade, but a really awesome one!). I would love to read the second as yet untitled book.

2. Arise (Hereafter #2) by Tara Hudson

Arise (Hereafter, #2)

Yes, technically I do own this book. But I have not had the time to read it yet, and I would really like to!

3.  Dark Triumph (His Fair Assassin #2) by Robin LaFevers

Dark Triumph (His Fair Assassin, #2)

As you can see from yesterday’s post, I just finished Grave Mercy and loved it, and everyone is telling me Dark Triumph is much better than Grave Mercy, and I really am dying to get my hands on it.

4.  Mortal Heart (His Fair Assassin #3) by Robin LaFevers

Similarly I am also quite keen to get my hands on the as yet unreleased and also non-covered-arted sequel to round out the His Fair Assassin trilogy, Mortal Heart.

5. Clariel (Abhorsen/The Old Kingdom Trilogy #4) by Garth Nix

This book just needs to be released, like, yesterday. I feel like I’ve been teased with it for years! Oh wait, I HAVE. I need it.

6. The Fiery Heart (Bloodlines #4) by Richelle Mead

The Fiery Heart (Bloodlines, #4)

Yay, this is being released this month! Although I hate the cover. And Adrian. In fact, I think I am the ONLY person NOT looking forward to the romance in this book.

7. Heart Burn (1st Freak House Series #3) by CJ Archer

Another beautiful cover to go with another beautiful book by C.J. Archer, my favourite indie author. I loved the crap out of The Wrong Girl and Playing with Fire, and I am very much looking forward to Heart Burn to be released in December. I love how indie authors release books so quickly.

8. Untitled (Confessions #3) by Louise Rozett

Now, I don’t know FOR SURE if there is going to be a third Confessions book, but I was surprised by all the feels Books 1 and 2 (Confessions of an Angry Girl and Confessions of an Almost Girlfriend) revealed in me. I would very much like for there to be a third book. Please?

9. Up From the Grave (Night Huntress #7) by Jeaniene Frost

Up From the Grave (Night Huntress, #7)

The final book in the Night Huntress series is due soon! I haven’t read the books in a couple of years, but my husband surprised me with the spin off books this week and I remembered this book was due soon! YAY! It’s one of the few adult series I read, and also one of the few vampire series as well.

10. Fractured Truth (Fractured Light #3) by Rachel McLellan

Fractured Truth (Fractured Light, #3)

I’ve been creepy stalking Rachel McLellan ever since I read Fractured Light (which sounds weird but it’s not!). I would like to see this trilogy to its end even though it’s a bit Mormon for me (it’s a gender role thing) but I do otherwise quite enjoy these books. Even though the covers always model full grown women, not teens as Llona is supposed to be.
