There’s just something so delicate and pretty yet dark and gothic about this cover. I like the purple lace and the black jewellery.

Bulgarian 2009

I like the use of silhouette and the colour scheme, however I don’t love it. I wouldn’t be ashamed to borrow this from the library. And as usual with this series, I’m not sure if that’s meant to be Rose on the cover, who has dark hair and dark eyes, or Lissa, who is fair and pale with green eyes.
