I actually think that New Moon (Twilight #2) by Stephenie Meyer is a really great adaptation of the book! I really liked how the writers kept Edward’s presence in Bella’s life, and I think it’s a very good loyal adaptation, keeping in everything that was relevant and discarding a lot of stuff that was not.

 

There’s a death in Damsel by Elana K Arnold that was just wonderful, but I don’t want to spoil anything by naming who it was!
