This week’s topic:
If you could be part of one fictional family (book or screen), what family would you choose, and why? Would you choose to be a current family member, or a new one?
If I could only choose one family to be a part of? Hmmm… that’s an incredibly difficult question to answer. I’m thinking something along the lines of the Addams family or the Munsters but still… I really enjoyed Fire’s extended family in Fire by Kristen Cashore. I sure would love to be a new character in that world – monstrous or not. I would love to be friends with Fire and all of Brigan’s family and yeah… I think I’ll choose that. I love their world and although I haven’t read Bitterblue yet I’d love to come across all of the characters from both Graceling and Fire. It’s a beautiful world to be a part of, and dangerous yes, but that’s what makes it better than the urban jungle I currently live in, right?
