Top Ten Tuesday: The Best and Worst of 2018

Hi kittens.

Today I’m sharing my favourite and least favourite books I read in 2018.

I feel like I had a really good reading year (especially compared to last year) and I read a ton of really great books that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I also read some stinkers.

This was the year of the audiobook! I finally started regularly listening to audiobooks and I LOVED EVERY MINUTE.

Top Ten Nine Favourite Books of 2018:

The Enchanted Sonata by Heather Dixon Wallwork

The Diviners by Libba Bray

The Hysterical City by Andrea Berthot

The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater

Dread Nation by Justina Ireland

All Rights Reserved by Gregory Scott Katsoulis

Goodbye, Perfect by Sara Barnard

A Quiet Kind of Thunder by Sara Barnard

Goldenhand by Garth Nix

Favourite audiobook narrator:

Frost Like Night by Sara Raasch

Kinda crushing on Nick Podehl, Mather’s narrator.

Least favourite READS of 2018:

Zenith by Sasha Alsberg & Lindsay Cummings

Forest of a Thousand Lanterns by Julie C Dao

In Her Skin by Kim Savage

The Great Hunt by Wendy Higgins

Biggest Disappointment of 2018:

The Longest Ride by Nicholas Sparks

Least favourite audiobook narrator:

Shiny Broken Pieces by Sona Charaipotra & Dhonielle Clayton

Whoever was narrating Gigi had a horrible depressing monotone. Did not enjoy.

What books made your top ten favourite books you read in 2018? I’d love to know!
