I’m going back to the basic black and red cover for this book. There isn’t any other cover that’s particularly striking enough for me to want to stare at on my bookshelves for hours on end.

I have a thing for purple, so I really like this cover, except that Rose very clearly has blue eyes on this cover and we know she has dark eyes in the novel. Still, the model looks like she’s capable of kicking butt.

This looks less like a kiss and more like they’re desperately transferring oxygen.

What are they even doing with this? I just… what? Is that supposed to be god-like DImitri with his back to us? Is that supposed to be Rose covered in blood and telling us to keep it a secret? What’s going on? Why was this made? What is the meaning of life?
